We import matcha directly from growers in the Japanese regions of Uji and Nishio — without the chain of middlemen that otherwise raises the price and lengthens the tea's journey to you. That lets us offer ceremonial and culinary grade fresh and at a price that matches the quality.

We pick every batch personally and mind the harvest date — matcha is sensitive to time, light, and heat, and only fresh does it have that bright green colour and delicate, sweetly grassy taste. That's why we buy in small volumes and rotate them quickly.
